Finally, I suggest you give Tao Te Ching a read. I recommend it to everyone who's into probing the depths of their own imagination. It can serve as a sort of a navigational chart down there :) There are comparative translations available on the net. I really liked the Stephen Mitchell version. Some say it's total crap. I say such heated polarization in this matter is very fitting for a Taoist text :) At least a 2000-year-old text, for that matter. All the very best to you, fellow traveller!

Wow! Thank you Anon for taking the time to send me this surprise. I will definitely check it out. I need something to read to feed my brain. I’ve been very confused lately and maybe this will help me clear my head.

Watts' philosophy is a sort of an amalgam of the Vedic tradition of India and the Taoist teachings of China. However, he breathes new life into these ancient ideas because he has translated them, and the conundrums accompanying them, into our modern lingo, making them not only accessible, but also *relevant* to a much broader audience. Hence his growing popularity on the net. Just love to see it!
